tony and i got back from a whirlwind trip wednesday afternoon.

first we went to houston and met up with my mom and some of my old high school buddies.

in the photo above i am posing with fellow class of '78 alumni cindy cicchetti and randy carlson at spring branch high school's all school reunion football game.

after that, it was off to disneyland and a conference in irvine, where i presented on my content management application.

then i guess that wasn't enough to quench our wanderlust, so yesterday we drove to chico and back so tony could test drive one of those fancy 3 wheel whatever you call 'em.

what do you call those things?

it's like a recumbent bike, but it has a 3rd wheel.

anyway, chico looks like a cute little town, and there's a lot of great hiking and stuff in the area, but can you believe i drove right through the center of town and did not see so much as a bronze statue of the marx brothers?
